Delivery and collection information for hiring a bouncy castle OUTSIDE in a private garden

Collection will be from 5pm or 5:30pm unless previously discussed (Check your postcode below). Earlier collections are also available if preferred.

We aim to get all bouncy castles and inflatables delivered in Sheffield, Chesterfield and Rotherham by 11am (unless you’d like us to arrive after this time). We start our deliveries from 7am during busy periods. Please let us know your party start time on the booking form and we shall work around you.

Example: Your party starts at 10am - We'll arrive anytime between 7am and 9:45am but we'll send a text the day before with your ETA. Set up will take us only 5 minutes once we are in your garden. We ask customers not to put a party start time earlier than the actually party starts. Unfortunately too many customers are stating their party starts at 9am, and it's not always possible to delivery them all by this time.

Our delivery and collection times depend on 2 main things; the day of the week and your postcode.

COLLECTION TIMES

Weekend hire (Saturday and Sunday) - We start our collection in the north of Sheffield and Rotherham at 5pm on a busy weekend

Weekday hire (Monday to Friday) - Tends to be a little quieter so collection will start from 6pm (excluding bank holiday).

Overnight hire – Only a select few inflatables can be hired overnight. Overnight collections start from lunchtime next day click here to go to the our overnight section. No disco castles or slide options are available overnight. Overnight castle must be kept in a locked secure garden. We don't hire overnight to pubs and any public events. Collection overnight is usually around noon.

Below is rough idea of the latest times we collect during busy periods on a weekends. If we are not very busy we may be able to leave collection a little longer (permission required).

We can collect earlier if you'd prefer.

Expect collection time of 5pm in the following postcodes –

S3, S4, S5, S6 (some parts 5:30pm), S25, S26, S32, S33, S35, S65, S64, S61, S66, S45, S44, S42 and parts of Rotherham.

Expect collection time of 5:30pm -

S1, S2, S9, S10, S12, S13, S14, S20, S21, S41, S40 and S60 (Brinsworth and Catcliffe only).

Expect collection time of 6:00pm -

S7, S8, S11, S17, S18

Don't let the collection times put you off booking!

If your party is expected to finish a little later (perhaps 6pm in a 5pm postcode), feel free to give us a call before booking to see if we can extent your collection time. On some occasions we can, it just depends how busy we are on your hire date.

Hiring a bouncy castle in a venue

You can choose anytime for delivery when hiring a venue. We will work around the time you have hired the hall or venue. A lot of venues (about 80%) only give 30 mins access before and after your party which is not ideal, but don’t worry, as 99.9% of the time we will still make your party start time.

When booking we give you a 30 min delivery slot (we arrive at ANY time inside 30 minutes), so ideally try and get access 45 min to an 1 hour beforehand, this also allows you to set up tables and food without rushing yourselves. Once we have access, a standard bouncy castle will take around 5 minutes to set up. The same applies to collection.

Hiring past 7pm for inside a venue will incur an extra charge to keep the driver on the clock, if this applies please call for a quote.

Large events, multiple hires and schools

Please allow at least an hour to set up and collect multiple inflatables.

Please note, as one of Sheffields and Chesterfields largest companies, we are extremely busy during weekends, so please allow as much access time to your venue as possible.
