Now that we have moved to a fully online booking system, the landline number is not always monitored. Texts or emails are usually responded to within 24hrs.
We are getting customers ringing for a 'quote' or to 'book', but prices and to book are all done online. Exceptions for late minute or unique bookings.
You can contact us in many ways, we recommend phoning on one of the numbers below to get a quicker response. We hire bouncy castles out in Sheffield, Chesterfield and Rotherham. We aim to reply to all text messages within 60 minutes (excluding on weekends) Phone times are 9am-9pm, but we preferred phone calls after 11am.

Please refrain from texting or calling a couple of days before asking 'is my booking OK for this weekend'? Our system is fully automated and if you've received the booking confirmation email (when you bookined) then you are booked in. You'll receive a text the day before your booking with your 30 min delivery slot.
We are the only local hire company with a proud 100% delivery rate, so we won't let you or your kids down.
