  • Why do we need your data?

The data we store mainly comprises IP addresses, your name, address and contact details. We need this information to process your order from the moment you book until your delivery. Also, we need to keep a history of our bookings for the end of year tax details.

  • How long do we keep your data?

Data is kept for 3 years after you first make your booking.

Nobody apart from our data protection officer has access to your data and we will not give your data to any third parties without your permission unless required to by law. (tax, hmrc etc)

  • Can I view what data you have about me?

  • Can I Request deletion?

Yes, although some details regarding your booking have to be stored for tax reasons.

  • Can I opt out of marketing?

You are never automatically in our marketing email without actually opting in when you book. If you have already opted in and wish to change your mind just send us a quick email to Sheffieldinflatables@gmail.com.
